THE TIMES
Perhaps, for The Times, the author of Tarka the Otter was the natural choice to review C. J. Harris's book Otters: A Study of the Recent Lutrinae, published in Weidenfeld & Nicolson's respected 'The World Naturalist' series. Illustrated with many fine photographs of otters, this is an academic study, and as such it is not an 'easy read' for the layman.
