All copies are fine internally, and overall they form a very nice set of this scarce edition. 

  The Beautiful Years, Faber, 1929: No. 9, blue buckram, spine faded and some marks on the front cover.

  Dandelion Days, Faber, 1930: No. 3, yellow buckram, spine and covers age-darkened.

  The Dream of Fair Women; with a Valediction to The Flax of Dream, Faber, 1931: No. 180, red buckram, spine and covers somewhat faded.

  The Pathway, Jonathan Cape, 1931: No. 4, green buckram, spine faded and some slight marks on the front cover.

The four books comprising The Flax of Dream were issued in this matching limited edition following an unusual co-operation between Faber (publisher of the first three books) and Jonathan Cape, publisher of The Pathway.
