The theme of the meeting this year is:



Commemoration and Celebration


There will be two talks:


The Star-born: A Dream of the Demobilized, by Tony Boakes


The War is Over – Peace at Last. Pam Waugh will give a selection of readings from writers describing their emotional reaction to the Armistice.



And a Celebration, with tea and a special birthday cake on the 30th anniversary of the Redhill meetings!

A charge of £8 will be made for the hire of the hall, and includes tea or coffee served during the afternoon. Supper afterwards will be at the local Toby Carvery.



Parking is available close by at the railway station, The Belfry, Marketfield or Gloucester Road car parks . . . or come by train?
