Offering second-hand books online is a new venture for the Society; hitherto we distributed printed lists twice-yearly to our membership. We are now hoping to reach a wider audience for Henry Williamson's books, most of which are out of print; and some related titles, including books by Richard Jefferies. (Find books by and about Jefferies by entering 'jefferies' in the search box in the left menu column.)

We will not be specialising in first editions and collectors items (though they may appear), but instead offer 'reading' copies at affordable prices. Further titles will be added as they become available.

The descriptions of condition are given in good faith, but are fairly basic; we are not professional second-hand booksellers! If a book is found to be not as described it may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please let us know by email (books@henrywilliamson.co.uk) prior to dispatch if you decide to return a book.

Under 'Product details' for individual books we have generally used the original publishers' blurbs for either the first or other editions, as these are interesting in themselves; while for anyone wishing to delve a little deeper, we have added, where available, a link to Anne Williamson's consideration of the book, together with the background to its writing, in her series 'A Life's Work'.

Note that all books are by Henry Williamson, unless otherwise stated.

The default order of display is alphabetical by title ('Product name'), although you can choose other views by using the drop-down button. If you are looking for a particular title, it may be helpful to use the 'search shop' box in the left menu column.

You may buy the books securely online, using either your PayPal account or your credit card. If the latter, you will be taken to the PayPal page, but you can choose to pay by your credit card instead of opening a PayPal account.
